James Watson tribute concert

The Royal Academy of Music in London is celebrating the life of James Watson next week by hosting a unique star-studded concert. Tickets are £35 in aid of the James Watson Fund for Brass Players and over 200 have been sold already, so you'll have to hurry to avoid disappointment.

The stars performing include: compere Victoria Wood, trumpeters Malcolm McNab, Philp Cobb, Derek Watkins, Tony Fisher, John Barclay and trombonists Pete Beachill and Dave Stewart, along with other "special guests", plus the Academy Brass conducted by Bob Hughes.
