Paul Davies is performing the Jacob concerto with the Crosby Symphony Orchestra on 8 February, in a programme with Brahms' 4th Symphony.

Paul Davis currently teaches Physics at St Anselm's College Birkenhead and is a Special Sergeant with Merseyside Police. He has performed professionally with ensembles including the St Helens Sinfonietta and the Philharmonia Orchestra of North Wales and for events such as the 2006 Midnight Mass from the Metropolitan Cathedral (broadcast live on BBC1). He has previously performed as soloist with the Port Sunlight Orchestra. He currently performs regularly with many regional groups, including the Crosby Symphony Orchestra, Metropolitan Cathedral Orchestra and Brass Group, Deva Brass and the Port Sunlight Orchestra.
