The Northamptonshire-based GUS Band have announced the signing of Chris Jeans as their new Principal Trombone. The 46-year old veteran of several top brass bands, including Desford, Black Dyke, YBS and Sunlife is also well known for his conducting of Youth Brass 2000 to European success. A full-time peripatetic teacher in the Nottingham and Leicestershire areas, Chris is also a clinician for Antoine Courtois (Paris).
