We are deeply saddened to hear that former second trombone of the CBSO has passed away. Danny played with the CBSO for 18 years, mostly under Simon Rattle. He was a tireless champion of musicians through his roles with the Musician's Union and, outside of performing, was the co-creator of the fantastic Birmingham canalside pub, The Fiddle and Bone.
