The BTS Website will be offline for a major reconstruction from 12:00, Wednessday 29 January 2025.

Cosmetically, there will be a few changes Front of House to the appearance and layout. The major changes will be taking place "Back Stage" where a new Membership Payment, Renewal and Accounting System will roll out. The Renewal System has been in operation since September 2024. The changes are to link the membership database and accounting system together in order to automate membership updates.

The change-over will necessitate closing the website down periodically, and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by the shut-down. We aim to be off-line for as short a time as possible.

It will take some time to migrate the data from the old server to the new and you may find some pages not fully populated until the migration is complete.

The Membership Page and Payment Portal are fully operational, and we welcome new members to join us.

Please Note: Existing members will need to carry out a Password Reset before being able to access the new site due to security measures which prevent the transfer of such data from one server to another.
